Access to proper healthcare, especially for mental health conditions, especially in the Veterans' and school children's populations; access to an excellent education, enabled by parenteral rights, student directed funding, and transparent curricula; and access to adequate (which includes and goes beyond affordable) housing in safe communities, provided by law enforcement support and funding of police.
Access to an excellent education, which is the basis for most life decisions regarding all other issues that are important. There is sufficient current misdirected and misapplied funding provided by current taxation. In fact. my proposals should, and most probably would, decrease current funding that throws money from the top at outcomes rather than working from the bottom up on the root causes of the outcomes.
